Hey Battery, normal users can create categories themselves, just like they can create new pages. I'm going to retire the "Fembot types" template and replace it with a "Characters" category though, since the pages linked actually cover a single work/character each and would quickly make it a mess. Feel free to create a hotbot category and add [[:Category:Characters]] to your article.
