The acronym GINO stands for Gynoid in Name Only. It refers to performances and depictions of fembots which lack most or all characteristics that would give the audience evidence that the fembot character is a robot.

The defining features that make a fembot character a GINO are a completely realistic appearance and personality, and a lack of any signs of artificiality. Usually there aren't even any special effects or even brief scenes of robotic acting to alert the viewer that the character is a robot. Instead, this is conveyed through a line or two of dialogue. Sometimes, this isn't even the case, and the only indication is in the media's description.
