Upon purchasing, leasing, or activating this equipment, the user is deemed to have fully acknowledged and accepted its inherent physical hazards as a mechanical device. 2.Limitation of Liability for Operational Injuries: The manufacturer shall bear no legal or financial liability for any personal injuries—including but not limited to limb entanglement, finger amputation, and electric shock—resulting from the user's violation of the Safety Operation Manual, specifically including unauthorized touching, interference with, or disruption of the internal mechanical structures without fully disconnecting the main power supply and ensuring the device has entered "Safe Standby Mode." 3.Maintenance Mode Restrictions: The "Maintenance Mode" of this equipment is strictly reserved for authorized technical personnel for testing purposes within specific experimental environments. Users are strictly prohibited from switching the device to this mode or bypassing the physical output limit locks during daily interactions. 4.User Liability for Unsafe Modes: Any pinching, bruising, or high-intensity physical contact injuries caused by the device being in a non-safe mode due to user intent or negligence shall be classified as unauthorized operation. All resulting legal consequences shall be borne solely by the user. 5.Intellectual Property and Modification Prohibitions: The manufacturer strictly prohibits any third-party institution or individual from disassembling, modifying, tampering with data, or reverse-engineering the hardware structure (including but not limited to the external biomimetic skin, skeletal framework, core power source, and transmission system) and the underlying software control programs of the equipment. Legal action will be pursued upon discovery of any such violations. 6.Voiding of Warranty upon Unauthorized Access: Once any unauthorized physical breaching or tampering of the core hatch doors (such as the abdominal maintenance panel) is detected, all official warranties and after-sales maintenance entitlements for this equipment shall become permanently void immediately. 7.Malfunction and Secondary Damage Disclaimer: The manufacturer provides no technical support for any equipment malfunctions, program control loss, AI or somatic abnormal behaviors, or any secondary personal injuries or property damage resulting from modifications by the user or third parties. The manufacturer retains the right to pursue legal liability. 8.Psychological and Mental Health Disclaimer: Although this equipment possesses a realistic human appearance and interactive functions, the manufacturer assumes no direct or indirect liability for any psychological dependence, mental disorders, emotional cognitive deviations, or any form of psychological damage incurred by the user due to long-term cohabitation with the device. 9.Exclusion of Consequential Economic Loss: The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any loss of commercial profits, data loss, or any derivative economic damages resulting from equipment failure or downtime.
